Yes, this is less water better. I frostion cake for mine and it works quite well, as can be sprayed only AMD in different colors and things for other structures without worrying about them, you can drag on gelatin.
Gelatin is to be independent or in a kind of shell (representing the cell membrane?) If you're free, you probably will increase the ability and show to people, and not in a position, not with gelatin. It is also difficult to come to school. You might try using less water (follow to make something close to "shake" recipe) and a small area as a test before the project.
